As a Personal Care Aide in Minnesota, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily living activities and enhancing their quality of life. You will work directly with clients in their homes or assisted living facilities, providing assistance with a variety of tasks.

Personal care: Bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
Meal preparation and assistance: Planning, shopping, cooking, and feeding
Medication reminders: Assisting clients with taking their medications as prescribed
Light housekeeping: Laundry, dishes, and light cleaning
Transportation: Assisting clients with appointments and errands
Companionship: Providing emotional support and conversation

Educational Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Compassionate and patient nature
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred, but not required
